As those of you who have tried to use the Internet for job searching already know, it's not as obvious as you would think. There is a lot of bad information and a consistent focus on taking shortcuts. But in job searching, there really are no shortcuts. Job searching is actually not that hard, it's just a simple matter of the employer knowing what they're looking for and the prospective employeed knowing what they're looking for.
